Fire-Wise Community Demonstration Garden

Are you interested in helping your local community become more wildfire resistant, or just want to know what makes a plant fire-resistant? Why not take some time and volunteer at our Community Demonstration Fire-wise Garden. We need help finalizing the garden for its grand opening later this summer. This garden will focus on educating Ventura County on how to prevent wildfires through firescaping landscapes. Come spend a weekend getting your hands dirty for a good cause.
