This event is in collaboration with Las Virgenes Unified School District, the City of Agoura Hills, Los Angeles County Sheriff Dept and Community 360 Coalition.
We are seeking a few adults to play the role of parents in a simulated teen drinking party at the Agoura Hills Recreation Center on Saturday February 23rd. Parents will take tours through the "party" and see scenarios related to the underage drinking and drug culture. The goal is to increase parents awareness and to support meaningful discussion with their kids and help them keep their teens safe.
No advance rehearsals. The full schedule for the day is 9am - 7:30pm for the youth. Adult volunteers can choose one or both of the following shifts, 12pm-4pm and/or 3:30pm-7:30pm.
Meals provided throughout the day.
