Hello Valued Volunteers,
Thank you for joining us and helping at our next donation distribution event, Summer Kick-off Gift~Away event for foster, kinship, adoptive, and birth families served by Kids & Families Together, Heart 2 Heart Program.
We will be distributing donations outside in our parking lot.
Please make sure you wear weather appropriate clothing, sun protection, bring water and please wear close-toed shoes.
Date: Saturday, June 22nd, the event is scheduled from 10am - 11:30am
We need help with setting up the event, during the event to distribute donations, and after the event with breakdown/clean-up.
Shifts:
8am - 10:30am (2.5 hours: help us set up the event with canopies, tables, chairs, display our donations and help distribute donations to the families we serve. Drinks and snacks provided.
10:15am-1pm (2.75 hours): help us distribute donations to the families we serve and breakdown/clean-up after the event. Drinks, snacks and lunch will be provided.
