A FUNdraiser supporting programs of Kids & Families Together!
Seeking volunteers to help us with our Annual Fundraiser for the programs at Kids & Families Together. Our programs help serve hundreds of families with therapy, education, mentorship, support, resources, and more!
Volunteers will help us unload our van with event supplies, set-up the event with decorating, setting up equipment (photo booth area, etc), setting up tables with center pieces, setting up check-in area, etc.
We will need help during the event to help with silent auction area, photo booth, lounge, live auction, check-in and more!
At the end of the event, we will need help taking down all event decorations, etc. and loading up our van.
Date: Saturday, February 10th
Time: Custom Shifts
12-5pm: help set up the event with unloading our van/trailer, decorating, arranging silent auction items, and more!
4:30-8:30pm: help during the event with check-in, silent/live auction, greeters, and other tasks.
8pm-11:30pm: help during the event and with breakdown/loading the van.
Location: Poinsettia Pavillion, 3541 Foothill Rd., Ventura
Thank you for volunteering with us and we will provide light refreshments and those staying for the event will receive dinner. Dress for the 80's and help us raise funds to support the amazing work we do at Kids & Families Together!
