Dear Volunteer,
Thank you for helping us prepare for our Cozy Holiday Event. Our wonderful elves will be assisting setting up our event at the location site.
When: Dec 15th
Time: 11am - 1:30pm
Location:
Crosspointe Church, 5415 Ralston St., Ventura.
Meet us at the workshop center, front entrance. You can park in the large parking lot on Ralston St.
Upon Arrival
All volunteers will need to sign-in and fill out the volunteer acknowledgment/liability waiver and our photo release form (optional).
Volunteer Tasks:
Please be mindful of what you can help with. We will have some light volunteer tasks available.
Need assistance with:
- Setting up 8 ft. tables
- Lifting containers/boxes and carrying into facility
- Sorting donations (toys, clothing, etc.)
Logistics
- Light snacks and drinks available
- Restrooms on site
- Please wear clothing suitable for getting dirty and please wear close-toed shoes.
