Dear Volunteer,
Thank you for helping us prepare for our Cozy Holiday Event. Our wonderful elves will be assisting us with sorting our holiday donations, supplies, and organizing for our event.
When: Dec 1st
Time: 3:30-5:30pm
Location: Kids & Families Together, 864 E. Santa Clara St., Ventura.
Meet us in our back parking lot. Enter from Kalorama St., turn in One-Way drive way.
Please enter through the back door (you will see our K&FT van).
Upon Arrival
All volunteers will need to sign-in and fill out the volunteer acknowledgment/liability waiver and our photo release form (optional).
Volunteer Tasks:
Please be mindful of what you can help with. We will have some light volunteer tasks available.
Need assistance with:
- Lifting containers/boxes
- Carrying items up/down a flight of stairs
- Sorting donations (toys, clothing, etc.)
- Organizing our storage/donations/supplies
Light snacks and drinks available
Restrooms on site
Please wear clothing suitable for getting dirty and please wear close-toed shoes.
