Dear Volunteer,
Thank you for joining us for our Annual Harvest Fest Gift~Away 2023 for the families we serve at Kids & Families Together. This is a fun event held at a pumpkin patch in Ventura.
We are seeking volunteers to help us set-up our event, hand out coats, costumes as available, help children pick out a pumpkin, and distribute other donations to families. We also need help breaking down the event, loading our van with our left-over donations/supplies and then meeting us back at our office to unload our van. We will be serving lunch at our office.

Set-up: 7:30am-10:15am
Event/Break down: 10:45am - 1pm
Location: Big Wave Dave's Pumpkin Patch, Ventura
103 S. Mills Rd (in the Pacific View Mall parking lot near Target)
Drinks & snacks will be provided.
Restrooms are available at near by store-Trader Joe's.
