Camarillo Council on Aging (CCOA) is hosting a Secure Document Shredding Event.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 7:30 am to 12:30 pm.
EVENT RUNS 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.
Volunteers are needed early to set up and do the following tasks during the event:
- Set out cones in parking lot for traffic lanes.
- Direct traffic with hand signals to move through the lines.
- Move boxes/bags from vehicles to the shredding truck.
- This activity requires standing, walking, and lifting.
- Assist to close lanes and put away items used during event.
You may request a task that suits your abilities during this event.
Snacks and lunch will be provided for volunteers.

All volunteers must sign the liability waiver. Youth, aged 15- 17, must have a parent or guardian sign liability waiver before participating. Proof of volunteer hours worked can be provided to students.
