Check In volunteer – Help us man the check in table for this amazing luncheon where we will award Education Awards to single mothers from our local community colleges who have been accepted into a 4-year university. You will check in and gather contact information from our attendees, as well as direct them to the opportunity drawing tables. – 1.5 hours (10:30-12:00) 2 volunteers needed
Greeter – Help us greet guests for this amazing luncheon where we will award Education Awards to single mothers from our local community colleges who have been accepted into a 4-year university. You will greet and direct guests to the check in table as well as greet at the entrance and helping guests find their tables. – 1 hours (11:00-12:00) 2 volunteers needed
Event Photographer – Photograph for this amazing luncheon where we will award Education Awards to single mothers from our local community colleges who have been accepted into a 4-year university. You will take pictures throughout the event of recipients and attendees. – 3.5 hours (11:00-2:30) 1 volunteer needed
Opportunity Drawing Ticket volunteer - Help us sell Power of the Purse opportunity drawing tickets for this amazing luncheon where we will award Education Awards to single mothers from our local community colleges who have been accepted into a 4-year university. You will be manning the opportunity drawing or ticket tables, mingling with attendees to let them know about the opportunity drawing and sell tickets as well as being a runner during the drawing – 2.5 hours (11:30-2:00) 2 volunteers needed
General Help volunteer - Help us for this amazing luncheon where we will award Education Awards to single mothers from our local community colleges who have been accepted into a 4-year university. You will help with set up of table literature, preparing the check in station, preparing the opportunity drawing tables, place signs, check in and gather contact information from attendees, direct attendees to the opportunity drawing tables, manning the ticket sales and opportunity drawing tables or mingling with attendees to let them know about opportunity drawin, sell opportunity drawing tickets, clean-up duty and pitch in anywhere we need you. – 1-6 hours (9:00-3:00) 2 volunteers needed
Clean Up volunteer- Help us for this amazing luncheon where we will award Education Awards to single mothers from our local community colleges who have been accepted into a 4-year university. You will be helping up collect collateral from the tables, pack up check in tables, signs, etc. – 1 hour (2:00-3:00) 2 volunteers needed
