Fostering the Next Wave Fundraising Event

Dear Volunteers,

We are excited to host our annual fundraising event, Fostering the Next Wave, a surf inspired event supporting foster youth and their families. We are hosting this event with More Than Conquerors Surf on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ventura.

We need help setting up our event, during the event, and at the end of the night with processing the silent auction/clean-up. 

Volunteer Schedule:

12pm meet at Kids & Families Together to load our van with the supplies and silent auction items for the event. 864 E. Santa Clara St., Ventura. Meet at the front entrance. 

Then

1-5pm at Crowne Plaza
Help decorate and set-up the event for check-in, photo area, and silent auction room. 

4-10pm at the Crowne Plaza
Help with the silent auction, during the event and with clean-up.
Please wear beach or Hawaiian casual attire. 
Dinner and non-alcoholic beverages provided. 

We are grateful for your service and helping us make this event successful! The proceeds will go toward our programs supporting foster youth and their families!
