The Thousand Oaks Library is interested in putting some volunteers into action! We need all hands on deck for our children's literacy programs!
Volunteer opportunities include:
- Homework Help – students grades K-8
- Reading Buddies – students grades 1-4
- Writing Buddies – students grades 1-5
- Cursive Tutoring - students grades 1-8
- Posting used books online for sale (Amazon, eBay, etc)
- Sorting donated books
Opportunities available for 1-2 hours per week!
Minimum age to volunteer is 13 years of age. If you have a passion for tutoring, reading, and writing, come join us!
