
Dear Volunteer,
Thank you for volunteering at our Annual Harvest Fest Gift~Away Drive-Thru event for foster/resource, kinship, adopted and birth families we serve.
We will be providing donations to the families we serve with costumes, clothing, pumpkins, treats and other donations as available.
Join us on Saturday, October 16th for our event, located at Crosspointe Church, 5415 Ralston St., Ventura. We need help with setting up the event, decorating the booths, handing out the donations, traffic control, registration, and event breakdown and then unloading the left over donations/supplies at our office.
Please be mindful of what you are able to help with and let us know if accommodations are needed.
- Minor volunteers need to be accompanied by an adult.
- Volunteers will need to wear a mask.
- Please wear a costume or accessories and close-toed shoes.
- Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
- Restrooms will be available.
