Bike Rodeo & Give~Away Event
Kids & Families Together, with Bike Ventura and Ventura CHP, is seeking volunteers to help at our upcoming Bike Rodeo & Give~Away event on June 19th.This event is for foster/resource, kinship, adoptive and birth families we serve. Children will receive bike instruction & safety, receive a free helmet, bike check, ride around a course & take a ride around the neighborhood. We will also be having a bike drawing and providing a treat bag!
The event will take place on Saturday, June 19th from 10am - 1pm at Crosspointe Church, 5415 Ralston St., Ventura.
Volunteer Schedule
1-3pm Break-down/unload: Seeking support to help break down our event and then unload the supplies/equipment back at the Kids & Families Together office, 864 E. Santa Clara St., Ventura 93001
Tasks may involve lifting supplies/donations and breaking down booths with tables, canopies. Please know your physical limits and be mindful of how you would like to help.
K&FT is following the CDC regulations for COVID-19 with wearing a mask, social distancing and gloves/hand sanitizer will be available.
