Kids & Families Together is seeking volunteers to help at our upcoming drive-thru event for our Cozy Holiday Gift~ Away for foster/resource, kinship, adoptive and birth families we serve. The event will take place on December 12th from 11am -1:30pm in Ventura. We will be providing each child toys, pajamas as available, blankets and more!
We need your help setting up the event, serving families at the event and also with breakdown/clean-up
Saturday, December 12th
8am-10:30am: Setting up the event with tables, canopies, supplies/donations and decorating the booths for the event.
10:30am-1pm: setting up, event orientation and serving families at the event. Help with the flow of traffic, caregiver registration and at the various booths filling the cars with donations.
1-3:30pm: helping during the event and also with event breakdown/clean-up
Tasks may involve lifting, carrying supplies/donations, setting up canopies, tables, decorating the booths and setting up the flow of the event. Please know your physical limits and be mindful of how you would like to help.
K&FT is following the CDC regulations for COVID-19 and a mask, social distancing and gloves are required.
