Ventura County Military Collaborative needs volunteers to assist with "Operation Snowflake"
We need volunteers to help plan Operation Snowflake in the days and weeks leading up to the event. Once the big day comes around, its all hands on deck with volunteers handling crowd control, gift distribution, and more.
