Harvest food, fight hunger, build community! We will be harvesting beautiful lemons, tangerines, and blood oranges that would otherwise go to waste, and donating 100% to local hunger relief agencies. Join the Volunteer Team to help us pick as much fruit as possible from trees, and pack it into boxes to be donated.
Please note: this property has high fruit and you will be using a picker pole (that we provide) in order to pick. It is suggested for volunteers to be comfortable with using their arms for most of the pick. Anyone with shoulder or neck issues should abstain.
Volunteers should be comfortable picking and carrying boxes of fruit that may weigh up to 20 pounds. Volunteers don’t need to worry about bringing equipment or transporting the fruit. This opportunity is open to volunteers 18 years and older.
