Tutoring is a wonderful experience. You can make a difference in someone's life by tutoring them in English and introducing American culture. No prior teaching or tutoring experience is required. You do not need to know a foreign language to be an English language tutor. The tutoring is arranged between the tutor and the adult learner matched through Laubach Literacy, with hours and locations arranged by mutual convenience.
Register for the free Workshop by emailing your name, city, phone, and email address to laubachventura@gmail.com. You will receive a return email confirming your successful registration. Even if you registered for a previous Workshop, please re-register for the May 2025 date.
We do not accept drop-ins at the tutor training. We look forward to seeing you.
