Who We Are
Mission: To serve communities by mobilizing veterans to leverage their skills and experience to rapidly deploy disaster relief and humanitarian aid to those in need.
Team Rubicon is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that utilizes the skills and experiences of military veterans with first responders to rapidly deploy emergency response teams. Founded in 2010, Team Rubicon has deployed across the United States and around the world to provide immediate relief to those impacted by disasters and humanitarian crises. Through continued service, Team Rubicon seeks to provide our veterans with three things they lose after leaving the military: a purpose, gained through disaster relief; community, built by serving with others; and identity, from recognizing the impact one individual can make. Team Rubicon focuses on serving vulnerable and at-risk populations affected by disaster.
What We Do
Team Rubicon unites the skills and experiences of military veterans with first responders to rapidly deploy emergency response teams, free of charge, to communities affected by disasters. Team Rubicon currently maintains a roster of 65,000+ volunteers able to deploy throughout the United States and world.
