Who We Are

Mission: To provide senior citizens with the critical support they need to remain living within the comfort of their own homes.

OASIS (Older Adult Services and Intervention Systems) is a program under Catholic Charities of Ventura County, California, dedicated to supporting seniors aged 60 and above. Established in 1985 by Frank and Marge Donovan, OASIS was created to help seniors maintain their independence and remain in their homes for as long as possible. The program offers a range of services aimed at enhancing the quality of life for older adults in the community.
