The Freedom Youth Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of foster children and youth by providing support, resources, and advocacy. The foundation works to ensure that foster children have access to stable, nurturing environments and receive the education, life skills, and emotional support they need to thrive. Through partnerships with local agencies and foster care programs, the foundation helps foster youth overcome challenges and prepares them for a successful transition into adulthood.
What We Do
Services we provide:
- Support services for foster children, including mentoring and tutoring
- Life skills training for foster youth to prepare for independent living
- Advocacy for improved foster care policies and systems
- Assistance with college and career readiness, including scholarships and job placement programs
- Emotional and psychological support programs for foster youth and families
