Access TLC is a home healthcare provider established over 20 years ago by Mary Leste and Shelley Chilton. The organization has built a reputation for delivering compassionate and reliable care to hospice patients and other homebound individuals across Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties. Their commitment to quality service has made them a trusted name in the Southern California healthcare community.
What We Do
Access TLC Hospice Foundation, provides financial aid to low income and under-insured patients and/or their families who cannot otherwise afford the end-of-life hospice care they need to have ‘quality of life at the end of life’. In order to provide patient grants to assist with their financial needs the foundations’ primary funding comes from individual donations, local businesses, public and private foundations and our annual fundraising events and ongoing campaigns to raise funding for the patients we serve.
