Who We Are
Mission: To make a positive impact on the local community by addressing various social issues and supporting those in need.
The Port Hueneme Lions Club, established in June 2024, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the Port Hueneme community in California. As part of Lions Clubs International, the world’s largest service organization, the club focuses on various causes, including vision, diabetes, senior citizens, youth, environment, hunger, childhood cancer, disaster relief, humanitarian needs, mental health, and support for military and first responders.
What We Do
Services Provided:
- Community Support: Engaging in local initiatives to address community needs and improve the quality of life for residents.
- Educational Recognition: Presenting “Teacher of the Month” awards to outstanding educators in the community.
- Regular Meetings: Hosting bi-monthly meetings on the second and fourth Wednesdays.
