The City of Thousand Oaks Public Works Department is committed to providing essential infrastructure services that enhance the quality of life for residents. It oversees the design, maintenance, and operation of the city’s public infrastructure, including roads, parks, and stormwater systems. The department is dedicated to ensuring the safety, sustainability, and accessibility of the community through efficient services and proactive planning, while supporting the city’s growth and development needs.

What We Do

In addition to maintaining the infrastructure of the City, an Emergency Management Team is in place to respond to emergency incidents in partnership with County Fire and Sheriff’s Departments.
