Who We Are
Mission: To meet pressing needs and foster a compassionate community by mobilizing individuals, businesses, schools, and agencies to serve those who often fall through the gaps of care in existing systems.
Founded in 1971 by a group of people who felt that no person should ever go hungry in the Conejo Valley, Manna Conejo Valley Food Bank has been providing food assistance to our friends and neighbors in need for almost 50 years; and have made it our mission — “To feed hungry people in the Conejo Valley”.
What We Do
We serve the local community as the only choice-based food pantry. We offer a wide variety of non-perishable foods as well changing offerings of bread, eggs, fresh vegetables, and frozen meat. Thanks to individual and corporate donors, we are able to supply nutritious food to households located in the Conejo Valley. Those requesting food should have proof of residency.
