Volunteer: Homework Helpers & Tutors for Reading/Writing

The Thousand Oaks Library is interested in putting some volunteers into action!  We need all hands on deck for our children's literacy programs! 

Volunteer opportunities include:

Homework Help – students grades K-8 Reading Buddies –  students grades 1-4 Writing Buddies –  students grades 1-5 Cursive Tutoring - students grades 1-8  Posting used books online for sale (Amazon, eBay, etc) Sorting donated books

Opportunities available for 1-2 hours per week!

Minimum age to volunteer is 13 years of age. If you have a passion for tutoring, reading, and writing, come join us!
