Volunteers needed to help with our annual Spirit Awards Gala!
We have roles for:

Set Up volunteer – Help us prepare for this amazing event where 5 community members will receive awards for their commitment and work in our community. You will help prepare the room for the event by setting tables with our literature, preparing the check-in station, place signs and preparing the opportunity drawing tables – 3 hours (1:30-4:30) 3 volunteers needed
- Check-In volunteer – Help us man the check-in table for this amazing event where 5 community members will receive awards for their commitment and work in our community. You will check-in and gather contact information from our attendees, as well as direct them to the raffle opportunities. – 2 hours (4:30-6:30) 3 volunteers needed
- General Help volunteer - Help us for this amazing event where 5 community members will receive awards for their commitment and work in our community. You will help with set up of table literature, preparing the check-in station, preparing the opportunity drawing tables, place signs, check-in and gather contact information from attendees, direct attendees to opportunity drawing tables, manning the ticket and opportunity drawing tables, clean-up duty and pitch in anywhere we need you. – 1-6.5 hours (1:30-8:00) 3 volunteers needed
- Clean Up volunteer- Help us for this amazing event where 5 community members will receive awards for their commitment and work in our community. You will be helping up collect collateral from the tables, pack up check-in tables, signs, etc. – 1 hour (8:00-9:00) 2 volunteers needed
