Dear Volunteer,
We are seeking volunteers to help us take down and store our office holiday decorations and also put away our gift~away event donations/supplies.
When: Friday, Jan 5th
Time: 10am - 12:30pm
Location: Kids & Families Together, 864 E. Santa Clara St., Ventura.
Upon Arrival
All volunteers will need to sign-in and fill out the volunteer acknowledgment/liability waiver and our photo release form (optional).
Volunteer Tasks:
Please be mindful of what you can help with. We will have some light volunteer tasks available.
Need assistance with:
- Lifting containers/boxes
- Carrying items up/down a flight of stairs
- Organizing our storage/donations/supplies
Light snacks and drinks available
Restrooms on site
Please wear clothing suitable for getting dirty and please wear close-toed shoes.
