Dear Volunteer,
Thank you for helping us serve children in care with the families we serve at Kids & Families Together! We will be providing children with the backpacks and school supplies needed for a successful school year.
Please be mindful of what you can help with and we will make accommodations as needed.
Please join us the day of our event:
Set-Up Crew: 7:45am-9:45am
Help with setting up the event. Help set up canopies. tables, chairs and unload our van with supplies/donations for the event. Help set-up the donations on tables and organize them. Decorate the event according to our pirate and mermaid theme.
Event Crew: 9:45am-12:30pm:
Help during the event and distribute donations to the children attending with their families. We need help checking in families, handing out backpacks, school supply kits, helping at the other areas with clothing, shoes, and more. Families may need helpers carrying their bags to their vehicles.
Break-down Crew: 12:15pm-2pm:
Help break down the event. Left over donations/supplies will be consolidated in marked boxes/containers and loaded in our van. We will need help breaking down canopies, tables, and chairs, cleaning up trash, restoring the facility back to how it was originally set-up.

If you wish, please wear attire for our theme-pirates and mermaids.

Please wear close-toed shoes.

New volunteers will be asked to fill out the volunteer acknowledgement and liability waiver, and photo release.

Restrooms available on site.
