Dear Volunteer,
We are seeking helpers for our Bike Give~Away on Thur, May 25th!
We will be providing new or refurbished bikes, toys, and other donations to families we serve at Kids & Families Together. We are seeking assistance with helping us set-up, during the event, and with clean-up.
When: Thursday, May 25th
Time Slots:
3:30-5:15pm: help with set-up and during event
5:15pm-7pm: help during event and with clean-up
Location: Kids & Families Together, 864 E. Santa Clara St., Ventura. Enter from Kalorama St. one-way, drive way to our back parking lot. Park in any of the open stalls. Meet us at our back door near our event van.
Tasks: We will need some helpers who can lift/carry 25+ pounds, bend, twist, and go up and down stairs. We also need helps who can do light tasks. Please be mindful of what you can help with and we will make accommodations.
Please wear close-toed shoes.
Restrooms onsite.
Refreshments provided and also please bring your favorite drink (non-alcoholic) and snack if you'd like.
