Help us Prepare for our Thankful for You-Thanksgiving Gift~Away!
Dear Volunteers,
We are grateful for your volunteer service assisting us set-up for our next event, Thankful for You-Thanksgiving Gift~Away. We will be setting up tables, clothing racks, and donations for the families we serve for the event on Nov 23rd.
Date: Friday, Nov 22nd
Time: 4:30-6:30pm
Location: Kids & Families Together, 864 E. Santa Clara St, Ventura
Meet us in our back parking lot at our storage containers
(enter from Kalorama St, One-Way Driveway)
Logistics:
- Please be mindful of what you are able to help with. Volunteer tasks will include light-heavier lifting, carrying containers/bags, bending, and twisting. We will make accommodations for those who need it.
- Please wear weather appropriate clothing and bring your refillable water bottle.
- We will provide refreshments and snacks.
- A restroom will be available.

Please try to fill out the required volunteer documents prior to volunteering or upon arrival. The documents are required annually. If you have already signed since July 1, 2024, please disregard. Thank you.
