Join the Saticoy Certified Farmers Market support team. We need your support to bring fresh food and produce to the East end of Ventura.
Important responsibilities for this role is include helping event days run smoothly. For this position, volunteers can get involved with planning, execution, and day of tasks for the Saticoy Farmers Market. They take place on the first Sunday of each month. Tasks as an Farmers Market volunteer include:
Information Session
- Interpretation (Spanish speakers)
- Traffic management
- Music
Saticoy Farmers Market Days
- Information booth
- Entertainment
- Kid’s activities
Qualifications: This list is just a snapshot of the many event activities you can get involved with. This is by no means an exhaustive list, therefore if you would like to join in another capacity, we are most open to discussing this with you. Previous experience in event work is a bonus, but not necessary.
