For over 30 years, City Impact has been serving at-promise children and youth right here in Ventura County—and this year marks our 16th Beachfront Run at the Ventura Pier.
While 1,500 runners will take part in the race, it’s our volunteers who make the entire event possible. From helping at check-in, guiding runners along the course, to supporting families at the finish line, every volunteer plays a direct role in creating a safe, fun, and meaningful experience.
By volunteering, you’re not just helping run an event—you’re investing in local kids and being part of something bigger than yourself. It’s a chance to give back, connect with your community, and be part of a high-energy day by the beach.
