Who We Are

Mission: To provide quality health care for sick, chronically ill, and homebound of Ventura County.

Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse and Hospice is the only community- supported, non-profit home health and hospice care agency in Ventura County. We are supported by the community and are a non-profit home health and hospice care agency. We’ve been making house calls since 1947 and we strive to provide professional, supportive home health and hospice care services of the highest quality to the people of Ventura County to ensure a positive patient and family outcomes. As our CEO, Dr. Dial likes to say, “We are for patients, not for profit short-term.”

What We Do

We provide comprehensive health services to support the sick, chronically ill, and homebound of Ventura County. That may include non-medical personal assistance and household help with our Caregivers division to preserve independence, and quality of life for those who wish to live at home as long as possible. If health needs increase to skilled nurses in the home for short-term rehabilitation or to manage a chronic condition, we can provide a team of professionals from our Home Health Division to assist with this phase of life. As our client’s needs increase to end of life issues our Hospice interdisciplinary team works together to provide comfort care to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of both the patient and their family.
