Who We Are

Mission: To empower Lions clubs, volunteers, and partners to improve health and well-being, strengthen communities, and support those in need through humanitarian services and grants that impact lives globally, and encourage peace and international understanding.

The Conejo Valley Lions Club is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the communities of Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Oak Park, and Agoura Hills in California. As part of Lions Clubs International, the world’s largest service club organization, the Conejo Valley Lions Club focuses on addressing local needs through various community service projects. Their work encompasses supporting youth, promoting vision conservation, and aiding those in need.

What We Do

  • Eyeglass Recycling Project: Collecting and refurbishing used eyeglasses to distribute to individuals in need, both locally and internationally.
  • Magic Yarn Pediatric Cancer Wig Project: Creating and distributing handmade yarn wigs for children undergoing chemotherapy, providing comfort and boosting their self-esteem.
  • Community Support: Engaging in various local initiatives, including organizing events and providing assistance to those in need within the Conejo Valley area.
