The Ventura County Arts Council (VCAC) is seeking a volunteer board member who loves working with numbers and dollar signs to serve as the VCAC Treasurer - and at the same time serve the community. This person will NOT be required to make weekly entries into the organizations Quickbooks program. They will make reports of the financial status of the arts council at monthly board meetings, create the VCAC's annual budget and monitoring the Board's compliance.

The volunteer needs to have skills in accounting and budgeting.

Take Victoria Ave. exit from the 101 Freeway, following the signs to the Government Center. Cross Telephone Road and prepare to make a left turn at the next light which is Thille Street. Go one block on Thille Street and make a right turn on to County Square Drive. This portion of County Square Drive becomes a culde sac. You pass the 646 building and the turn right into the parking lot. You enter our building from the parking lot. Our office is located across the small lobby.   Nearest Bus Stop: S.
