The VCAC seeks an unpaid student intern to research how our federal, state, county, municipal and Board of Education elected officials have voted on arts related legislation that has come before them. By posting this information on the VCAC web site, the voting records of elected officials will inform constituents and elicit letters, e-mails and/or phone calls from their constituents. This research can be accomplished independently and will only require the student intern to check in weekly via phone or e-mail and report in person or submit a written report at monthly board meetings. The VCAC is willing to adhere to any guidelines the student's school may impose so that credit can be given to the student for their work.

The VCAC seeks an unpaid student intern who is interested in politics and how voters influence public policy through knowledge of how their elected officials have voted on issues that are important to them. The student intern will be selected through a Letter of Intent and personal interview process.
