    The mission of Easter Seals Tri-Counities is to help children and adults with disabilities or other special needs to live with equality, dignity and independence.

    Description:
    Easter Seals Tri-Counities provides a variety of services and has been at this site for over 50 years. We offer early intervention services; physical, occupational, speech and aquatic therapy programs; autism diagnosis and treatment services; inclusive early education programs for children 18 months to 5 years.

    For our adult population we offer a variety of fitness and recreation activities at our aquatic center from water aerobics to stretch classes. But a majority of the time is dedicated to Adult Rehabilitation in our 94 degree temperature pool. Swim Lessons and Aquatic programs for children with special needs are available as well.

    In addition to our services, a child care center and pre-school are located at our site. We offer childcare Monday through Friday.

    Medical equipment is available to rent and please feel free to contact when in need.

    History:
    Originally titled to Society for Crippled Children, Easter Seals Tri-Counties has been providing service at our current location since 1966 with the establishment of a school for children with Cerebral palsy. In 1967, we became the Easter Seals Society. In 1975, we added a heated, therapy pool. And in the early 2000's, we expanded our services to children to include full and part-day early education programs. Today, our original building contains both toddler and preschool classrooms, individual and group therapy rooms and offices.

    Directions:
     Exit 126 at Wells Road. Henderson Road is the first street south of the 126. Easter Seals is located between Sacred Heart Church and Penfield School.
