The Agency Sign Up Process Occurs in 3 Steps:

1. Enter your organization's name. This step ensures that someone else in your organization has not already entered your information.
    
2. When you click "Sign Up!" at the bottom of this page, you will be asked for more detailed information about your organization. The sign up process should take approximately 15 minutes provided you have all the information listed below on hand:
   
   -  Current email, phone number and address for your agency's primary contact
   -  An agency password to allow access to your online pages
   -  Employer Identification Number (EIN) (optional)
   -  The mission statement & short description of services for  your agency
   -  Contact name, phone and address for each volunteer opportunity or GiftMatch posting
   -  Title, description, and date for each volunteer opportunity or Gift Match posting you plan to submit 
    
3. At least one volunteer opportunity OR GiftMatch posting is required per agency. After completing your agency description, please feel free to create as many volunteer opportunities or Gift Match listings as you need. These opportunities and GiftMatch items are essential for volunteers and in-kind donors to find out about your agency. All date-specific opportunities are automatically shown on the monthly calendar.

NOTE: Please do not enter agency contact information as part your agency description or volunteer opportunity i.e., email address, phone number, or website address. An automatic email is sent to your agency when interested volunteers click on the "I Am Interested in this Opportunity" link located within each volunteer opportunity. The system also tracks interested volunteers as referrals for each registered agency.
